HealthPal is America’s new personal health secretary - there to remind people what tasks need to get done to avoid preventable, expensive, painful health disasters. It works like this. You put your information into the app and it sets up a personal health plan. The plan is printable and the tasks should be easy to accomplish with the help of your current Primary Care Provider. You can also add personalized information to track other tasks you have discussed with your doctor and it will remind you when it's due. This is also a handy way to track personal care plans for parents, children, or other dependents.
